AskBVR is operated by Big Arm PCS, Inc., an Oklahoma S-Corporation ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use AskBVR through our website at askbvr.com, our web application at ask-buy-rent.base44.app, or our iOS mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information: Account Information — your email address and password when you create an account. Payment Information — subscription payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Usage Data — scenarios, comparisons, and financial inputs you create and save within the app. Device Information — device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic and performance purposes. Crash and Diagnostics Data — we may collect crash reports and performance data to improve app stability. App Store Data — if you download AskBVR through the Apple App Store, Apple may collect certain data as described in Apple's Privacy Policy at apple.com/privacy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, process subscription payments, provide access to your saved scenarios and Dashboard, improve app performance and fix technical issues, respond to support inquiries, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Third Party Service Providers
We work with the following third party service providers who may process your data on our behalf: Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, available at stripe.com/privacy. Base44 — application infrastructure, authentication, and data storage, available at base44.com/privacy. Apple, Inc. — iOS app distribution through the Apple App Store, available at apple.com/privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days of your request, except where retention is required by law.
5. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Your account data is stored securely and accessible only through your authenticated session. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and associated data, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. 7. Data Deletion Request
To request deletion of your account and all associated data: Email support@askbvr.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", include the email address associated with your account, and we will confirm deletion within 30 days.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 9. Cookies and Tracking
We may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain your authenticated session and improve app performance. We do not use third party advertising cookies or tracking technologies.
10. Children's Privacy
AskBVR is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13 please contact us immediately at support@askbvr.com.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of AskBVR after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
