These Terms of Service govern your use of AskBVR (askbvr.com), operated by Big Arm PCS, Inc., an Oklahoma S-Corporation. By using AskBVR, you agree to these terms.
1. Description of Service
AskBVR is a financial comparison tool that helps users evaluate the costs of buying versus renting a home, and compare rental options. The tool provides estimates based on user-entered data and publicly available assumptions.
2. Accounts
You must create an account to save scenarios and access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3. Subscription Plans
AskBVR offers Free, Pro, and Investor subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer or copy the application, share account credentials with others, or use the service to provide professional financial or real estate advice to third parties without appropriate licensing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code within AskBVR is owned by Big Arm PCS, Inc. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
AskBVR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations or projections. Results are estimates only and should not be relied upon as professional financial advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Big Arm PCS, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AskBVR.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
